On May 25, the patient information event for “Skin Cancer Awareness Month” took place. The event was held by experts in the field of dermatology. The following speakers were present: Univ. Prof. Dr. Gabriela Kornek, Univ. Prof. Dr. Erika Richtig, Univ. Prof. Dr. Rainer Kunstfeld and Univ. Prof. Dr. Robert Loewe.
Their extensive expertise and many years of experience in the treatment of skin cancer made for an informative and engaging event. The lectures focused on three main topics: new treatment approaches in melanoma, white skin cancer and rare skin cancers. Speakers provided a comprehensive overview of the causes, symptoms and risk factors of these diseases.
After the presentations, attendees had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss their concerns. The open Q&A session allowed guests to interact directly with the experts and receive valuable first-hand information.
